How do I use the Power Freeze and Power Cool functions?

Power Freeze is activated by pressing and holding the Freezer button for 3 seconds to quickly freeze products in the freezer. Power Cool is activated by pressing and holding the Fridge button for 3 seconds to quickly cool products in the refrigerator. Both functions increase energy consumption and should be turned off when no longer needed. For large quantities of food, activate Power Freeze at least 20 hours before. (Page 19-20, 24-25)
