What is Power Freeze and how do I activate it?

Power Freeze lowers the freezer temperature and speeds up the freezing process by running at full power for several hours before returning to normal operation. To activate Power Freeze, press and hold the Freezer button for 3 seconds until the Power Freeze indicator lights up. To deactivate, press and hold Freezer for 3 seconds again. For freezing large amounts of food, activate Power Freeze at least 20 hours before putting food in the freezer. (Page 20)
