How do I activate the Child Lock to prevent children from changing settings?

To activate or deactivate Child Lock, hold down Temp. and Spin simultaneously for 3 seconds. Child Lock locks all buttons except for Power, but does not activate until you press Start/Pause. Note that to add detergent or change cycle settings while Child Lock is active, you must first deactivate it. (Page 34)
