Press and hold the Delay End and Options buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter Smart Check mode, and the machine will begin a self-diagnosis and display an information code if a problem is detected. Then open the Samsung Smart Washer app on your mobile device, tap Smart Check, and hold the device close to the display so the app can automatically recognize the code.
