What should I do if the washing machine freezes due to temperatures below 0°C?

Turn off the machine and unplug the power cord, then pour warm water over the water tap to loosen the water hose and disconnect it to soak in warm water. Pour warm water into the drum and leave it for about 10 minutes, then reconnect the water hose to the tap. If the washing machine still does not operate normally, repeat the steps until it does.
