How do I clean the debris filter and how often should it be done?

It is advisable to clean the debris filter every 2 months to prevent clogging, as a clogged debris filter may reduce the bubble effect. Turn off and unplug the machine, drain remaining water via the emergency drain procedure, open the filter cover, turn the debris filter knob to the left, then clean the filter using soft brushes ensuring the drain pump propeller is unclogged. Reinsert the filter and turn the knob to the right, making sure it is closed properly to avoid leaks. (Page 50)
