The 4C code means water is not being supplied to the washing machine. Check that the water taps are fully open, the hoses are not clogged or frozen, there is sufficient water pressure, and the mesh filter is clean. Note that when the 4C message appears, the machine drains water for 3 minutes and the power button will be disabled during this time. (Page 55)
