Do I still need to wear a safety belt if my 2008 Saturn Vue has airbags?

Yes, you must still wear a safety belt even though the vehicle has airbags. Airbags are supplemental systems only and work with safety belts, not instead of them. Whether or not an airbag is provided, all occupants still need to buckle up to get the most protection, especially in side and other types of collisions where airbags may not deploy. (Page 22)
