How do I clean the lint screen on my electric dryer?

Remove the lint screen and roll lint off with your fingers — do not rinse or wash the screen to remove lint, as wet lint is hard to remove. Push the lint screen firmly back into place after cleaning. The lint screen should be cleaned before or after every load, and washed with a nylon brush every 6 months to remove detergent and fabric softener residue buildup. (Page 5)
