How does the Override function work on the receiver?

Pressing the OVERRIDE button on the receiver temporarily overrides the active value from the transmitter. If the connection between sender and receiver is normal, the override lasts approximately 14 minutes before returning to the setpoint. If the connection is faulty, the override becomes permanent and only returns to the setpoint once the connection is restored. (Page 7)
