How do I opt out of the binding arbitration requirement?
You must notify Sony in writing within 30 days of purchase and mail the notification to Sony Electronics Inc., 16535 Via Espíritu, MZ 1105, San Diego CA 92127, Attn: Legal Department. Your written notification must include your name, address, the purchase date, and a clear statement that you do not wish to resolve disputes through arbitration.

What is the warranty period for the Sony Headphones Phone?
