How do I maintain safety when working with live AC wires using the Stanley Fatmax Stud Sensor?

Always use personal protective equipment including safety glasses and verify proper power off condition before commencing any work near wiring. Hold sensor in handle without touching face, scan surface 1/2 inch away or place other hand near to aid detection of live wire position accurately. (Page 5)
