What should I do if my Troy Bilt TB30R lawn tractor won't start?
If your machine doesn’t start, first check that the PTO blade engage lever is in the disengaged position and the parking brake is engaged. Make sure there's sufficient clean fuel in the tank and verify that spark plug connections are intact (Page 31).
