Why won't my TB30R engine start?

The engine will not start if the PTO/blade is engaged, the parking brake is not set, or the deck chute or mulch plug is not properly installed. Other causes include an empty or stale fuel tank, a disconnected spark plug wire, a faulty spark plug, a blown fuse, or the choke not being activated. Check each of these conditions and apply the appropriate remedy before attempting to restart. (Page 31)
