How do I replace the batteries in the PHAZR-5 remote?
To replace the AA alkaline batteries, remove the battery compartment cover from the back of the remote, install new batteries according to polarity markings shown in an illustration (not provided here), and then replace the battery compartment cover. (Page 2)
