What should I do if a cable keeps slipping off the pulleys?
If a cable tends to slip off the pulleys often, it may have become twisted. Remove the cable and re-install it to correct this issue. Also ensure that all cables remain on the pulleys at all times during exercise, and if cables bind while exercising, stop immediately and check the cable routing. (Page 25)
