What should I do if the incline does not change correctly or fails to respond to iFIT.com programs?
With the key inserted in the console, press one of the incline buttons and while the incline is changing, remove the key. After a few seconds, reinsert the key — the treadmill will automatically rise to the maximum incline level and then return to the minimum level, recalibrating the incline system. If the problem persists, call Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-825-2588. (Page 27)
