What should I do if my dryer is not drying clothes efficiently?

First, check if the lint screen is clogged with lint, as a full lint screen can increase drying time significantly. Also verify that the exhaust duct or outside exhaust hood is not clogged with lint. Ensure the dryer is located in a room where the temperature is above 7°C (45°F), and confirm that the exhaust duct is not restricted or too long. If the dryer is still not working properly, check the troubleshooting list on pages 19-20.
