How often should I replace the water filter?

If your refrigerator has a filter status light, replace the filter when the light changes from yellow to red, or when water flow decreases noticeably. If your refrigerator does not have a status light, change the water filter every 6 months depending on your usage, or more often if water flow decreases noticeably before 6 months. (Page 8)
