How often should I replace the water filter?

If your refrigerator has a status light, replace the filter when the light changes to red or when water flow noticeably decreases. If your refrigerator does not have a status light, change the water filter every 6 months depending on usage. If water flow decreases noticeably before 6 months, replace the filter more often.
