How do I clean the condenser, and how often is it needed?

In normal home environments, there is no need for routine condenser cleaning. However, if the environment is particularly greasy, dusty, or has significant pet traffic, the condenser should be cleaned every 2 to 3 months. To clean it, unplug the refrigerator, remove the base grille, use a vacuum cleaner with a soft brush to clean the grille and front surface of the condenser, then replace the grille and reconnect power.
