How do I flush the water system after installing or replacing the water filter?

Using a sturdy container, depress and hold the water dispenser paddle for 5 seconds, then release it for 5 seconds, repeating until water begins to flow. Once water flows, continue dispensing in 5-seconds-on, 5-seconds-off intervals until a total of 3 gallons (12 L) has been dispensed. If you do not flush the water system, you may experience dripping and/or decreased flow from the water dispenser. (Page 22)
