How do I remove lint from the washer?

To clean lint out of your washing machine, turn off water supply and unplug power cord. Access the drain pump filter located at the back bottom part of the basket support ring near fill hoses or at side panel below rear lower tub edge (refer to owner's manual diagram). Use a flashlight for better visibility when removing the lint collector with a flathead screwdriver. Reassemble properly after cleaning out all lint pieces. Perform this task every six months as maintenance check. (Page 39)
