Does this thermostat support hydronic systems?

This thermostat can operate properly with hot water or steam systems by clipping jumper W905 to enable a longer heating cycle which is suitable for these types of systems. The thermostat cycles just under 1°F without the clip and approximately 1.5°F when clipped.
