What causes the oL7 High Slip Braking Overload fault and how can I fix it?
The oL7 fault is triggered when High Slip Braking overloads the drive, with common causes including excessive load inertia, an external force rotating the motor, something preventing deceleration on the load side, too small a value in n3-04 [HSB Overload Time], or high input voltage. To resolve it, you can decrease deceleration times in C1-02, C1-04, C1-06, and C1-08, use a braking resistor, increase the value in n3-04 (up to a maximum of 1200 s), increase n3-08 [HSB Speed Drop Voltage Level 1], or decrease n3-30 [HSB Speed Drop Voltage Hysteresis].
