How do I activate Sabbath Mode on my Bosch oven?

Touch and hold SET CLOCK and TIMER until 'SELE dEG' appears, press + or - until 'SAb' appears, press SET CLOCK, then press + or - to select ON, and hold SET CLOCK until the clock reappears. Once activated, the oven bakes for 72 hours before shutting off automatically, and the Sabbath mode automatically cancels after 72 hours or can be cancelled early by turning the mode knob to OFF.
