How do I calibrate the oven temperature if food is browning too dark or too light?
Touch and hold SET CLOCK and TIMER until 'SELE dEG' appears, press + or - until 'OFS' appears, press SET CLOCK, then use + or - to set the desired temperature offset. The available temperature offset range is + or - 35°F, and a change in calibration affects all cooking modes. (Page 17)
