Super Cooling is activated by touching the refrigerator compartment temperature display and selecting 'Super Cooling' — the appliance will automatically switch back to normal operation after approximately 6 hours. For Super Freezing, touch the freezer compartment temperature display and select 'Super Freezing'; it is recommended to switch this on 4 to 6 hours before placing food weighing 4.4 lbs (2 kg) or more into the freezer, and the appliance returns to normal after approximately 8 hours.
