Why is my refrigerator not cooling even though the display and lights are working?

If the appliance is not cooling but the displays and lighting are lit, Showroom (Demo) Mode is likely switched on. To turn it off, touch the settings icon, go to 'Appliance Settings,' then 'Advanced,' and touch 'Demo Mode' to deactivate it. Note that the appliance does not cool while Demo Mode is active. (Page 25)
