Why is my appliance not cooling even though the displays and lighting are working?

This is likely caused by Showroom mode being switched on. To turn it off, press and hold the on/off button for 15 seconds until three audible signals sound, then press the on/off button again. After a short time, check whether the appliance has begun cooling. (Page 25)
