How do I adjust the RackMatic adjustable upper rack?

To lower the top rack, pull it out until it stops, press the RackMatic handles inward, and let the rack drop gently. To raise the top rack, pull it out until it stops, grasp the top of the rack above the RackMatic handles, and pull it upward until the handles lock into position. Before pushing the rack back in, ensure the height is the same on both sides or the door will not shut.
