To lower the RackMatic adjustable top rack, pull it out until it stops, then press the RackMatic handles inward and let the rack drop gently. To raise the rack, pull it out until it stops, grasp the top of the rack above the RackMatic handles, and pull upward until the handles lock into position. Ensure the rack height is the same on both sides before pushing it back in, or the door won't shut and the spray arm won't connect.
