How do I clean the control knobs, and can I soak them?
Pull the knob up to remove it — slip a towel under the knob, hold the edges of the towel together, and use the towel for leverage to pull up. Wipe the knob with a hot, soapy cloth, then rinse and dry. Do not soak the control knobs. (Page 10)
