How do I properly position the burner grates and caps on my Bosch cooktop?

All four feet of each grate must be placed into the corresponding dimples in the cooktop surface. The burner cap has a locator on its underside that must fit into the corresponding notch on the burner base. Do not use a grate if the rubber feet are missing or damaged, and do not use the cooktop without all burner caps and grates properly positioned to prevent flare-ups. (Page 4)
