How do I activate or deactivate the child lock feature?

To activate or deactivate the child lock, touch and hold the Temperature and Finish in buttons for approximately 3 seconds. When the child lock is active, the D symbol appears in the display lit steady. If the child lock is active and the cycle selector has been adjusted, the D symbol will flash. (Page 22)
