What should I do if water is not draining from the washing machine?

Check if excessive suds are present (usually due to too much detergent or non-HE detergent), and if so, use less detergent in future loads. If suds are not the issue, the pump may be blocked, so check and clean the drain pump, water drain hose and/or the drain pipe. The drain hose or drain pipe itself may also be blocked and need cleaning. (Page 36)
