Why is my laundry not drying properly?

Poor drying results can be caused by several factors including the water tap being closed during drying, as the machine uses water condensation technology and requires the tap to remain open throughout the drying process. Other causes include laundry not being spun at the highest spin speed before drying, overloading the drum beyond the drying programme's maximum load, excessively high ambient temperature above 30°C, low water pressure, or low power supply voltage below 200V.
