How do I adjust the water temperature on the Barista Express?

Press the POWER button to switch the machine off, then press and hold the PROGRAM button while pressing the POWER button to enter Advanced Temperature Mode. Within 5 seconds, press the 1 CUP button to increase temperature by +2°F, the 2 CUP button for +4°F, the FILTER SIZE button for -2°F, or the POWER button for -4°F.
