To achieve optimal results, grind a fine but not powdery setting at GRIND SIZE selector starting from position 5 and adjust as needed. Set the GRIND AMOUNT dial to 3 o'clock position initially; tamp firmly down ensuring metal cap on tamper is level with filter basket top edge after dosing. Adjust dose amount towards LESS or MORE if necessary. Use the Razor™ precision dose trimming tool for consistent extraction by inserting it into the filter until blade penetrates surface of tamped coffee before rotating to trim excess. (Page 12-13)
