What should I do if my carburetor is clogged or leaking?
Issues like this may arise from contaminated or old fuel. Use clean, fresh lead-free gasoline and add Briggs & Stratton Fuel Stabilizer (part number 5041) to prevent problems with carburetors or other damage due to stale fuel use of contaminated/oil fuel mixtures (Page 27).
