What should I do if the laser scanner unit needs to be serviced or adjusted?

The laser scanner unit must NOT be disassembled under any circumstances, as it contains a Class 3B laser beam source that can cause eye injuries. No adjustment can be made to the laser scanner unit in the field. If the unit has failed, it must be replaced rather than repaired on-site. (Page 2)
