DJI Mini 3 Pro requires activation before first use and an internet connection is required for activation. What do the aircraft status indicator lights mean on the DJI Mini 3 Pro?
The aircraft status indicators display the current status of the flight control system when the aircraft is powered on but motors are not running. For example, a slow green blink means GNSS is enabled, a slow yellow blink means no GNSS or Vision Systems are available, a slow red blink means low battery, a solid red light means a critical error, and alternating red and yellow quick blinks indicate compass calibration is required. After the motors start, the aircraft status indicators will blink green.
What happens when the DJI Mini 3 Pro battery is critically low during flight?
When the battery is critically low, the aircraft status indicator blinks red quickly and a warning prompt will appear in DJI Fly. Low Battery RTH is triggered when the Intelligent Flight Battery is depleted to the point where the aircraft may not be able to return safely, and the aircraft will automatically fly back and land at the Home Point. If RTH is cancelled following a low battery warning, the Intelligent Flight Battery may not have enough power for the aircraft to land safely, which may result in a crash or loss of aircraft.
What temperature range is safe for charging the Intelligent Flight Battery?
The battery only charges at temperatures from 5° to 40° C (41° to 104° F) to prevent damage, and charging stops automatically if the battery cell temperature exceeds 55° C (131° F) during charging. The ideal charging temperature is from 22° to 28° C (71.6° to 82.4° F). Additionally, you should not charge the battery immediately after flight as it may be too hot — wait for it to cool down to room temperature first.
