How do I set the clock on the Remote Controller?

Press the CLOCK ADJUST button using a ballpoint pen tip or similar small object, then use the TIMER SET buttons to adjust to the current time — the up button advances the time and the down button reverses it. Each button press moves the time in five-minute increments, or in ten-minute increments if held down. Press the CLOCK ADJUST button again to confirm and start the clock. (Page 5)
