The most common causes are the feeler arm being in the STOP (up) position, the water supply being turned off or not connected, or the freezer compartment being too warm. Move the feeler arm to the ON (down) position and verify the water supply is connected. Wait 24 hours for the refrigerator to completely cool down if it was recently installed. (Page 32)
