What water temperature is required for effective cleaning in the GHD3800 dishwasher?

The entering water must be at least 120°F and not more than 150°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. You can check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer by running hot water from the nearest faucet into a glass until the temperature stops rising. If your water temperature is too low, you can use the HOT START option to preheat the wash water to the correct temperature. (Page 12)
