What water temperature is required for effective cleaning in the GSM2100 dishwasher?
The entering water must be at least 120°F and not more than 150°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. You can check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer by running the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher into a glass until the temperature stops rising. If the temperature is below 120°F, raise your water heater temperature accordingly. (Page 12)
