What is the proper way to use the broil feature?
Broil uses intense heat from the upper element and is best for cooking thin, tender cuts of meat (1 inch or less), poultry, and fish. Always broil with the door closed. Preheat for 3-4 minutes, do not preheat for more than 5 minutes. Use a broiler pan with grid and do not cover the grid with foil. Turn meats once during cooking, except fish.
