What should I do if my child is wearing a bulky coat or snowsuit when using the 5-point harness?

Do not put snowsuits or bulky garments on your child when placing them in the car seat in cold weather, as bulky clothing can prevent the harness straps from being tightened properly. Instead, buckle your child in the car seat and then place a blanket around the child, or put the child's coat on backwards after buckling them in. (Page 58)
