What is the warranty period for the Handicare 1100, and what does it cover?

The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date the product ships from the factory, provided the purchase price has been paid in full. It covers repair or replacement of parts that fail due to defective material or workmanship, at the manufacturer's discretion. Damage from normal wear and tear, overloading, misuse, or battery replacement in the remote control is not covered.
