What should I check if the stairlift stops working or malfunctions?

Check five points in the event of a malfunction: (1) Is the seat in the correct position before departure? (2) Are the seat and armrests down? (3) Is the elevator on via the key switch? (4) Has the emergency stop been activated? (5) Is the seatbelt closed? If none of these resolve the issue, contact your supplier.
